Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members with loan information and schedule appointments.
• Manage Mortgage Inbox; respond to inquiries, assign online applications, and coordinate documents.
• Provide administrative support to Mortgage Sales Managers and VP; coordinate repairs, supplies and disclosures.
• Assist with Saturday scheduling for Mortgage Loan Officers and track calendar vacations.
