• Prepare summaries, dashboards, or presentations to support decision-making and transparency.
• Run small process-improvement projects with guidance from team leads.
• Learn Park's brand, culture, and history.
• Understand department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards.
• Contribute to daily banking department tasks.
• Present project results to stakeholders as requested.
• Network with associates, leaders, and executives to build relationships.
• Complete trainings and pursue learning opportunities.
• Participate in performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management requirements.
• Deliver high level of service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
