Responsibilities

• Support mortgage operations projects by documenting workflows, tracking milestones, and contributing to process improvements.
• Perform basic data analysis using Excel or Encompass reports to identify trends, exceptions, and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate to prepare summaries, dashboards, or presentations that support decision-making and transparency.
• Run a small-scale process improvement project with guidance from team leads.
• Takes initiative to learn about Park brand, culture, and history.
• Develops understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards.
• Contributes to projects and daily work in the assigned banking department.
• Presents project results to appropriate audience as requested.
• Networks with associates, leaders, and executives to develop relationships.
• Completes required trainings and seeks additional learning opportunities.
• Participates in end-of-term performance reviews with detailed feedback.

• Support mortgage operations projects by helping document workflows, track milestones and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Perform basic data analysis using Excel or Encompass reports to identify trends, exceptions, and operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare summaries, dashboards, or presentations that support decision-making and operational transparency.
• Run a small-scale process improvement project, such as streamlining a document tracking workflow or improving a reporting template, with guidance from team leads.
• Takes initiative to learn about Park brand, culture, and history.
• Develops an understanding of department operations, processes, procedures, and performance standards.
• Contributes to projects and daily work in assigned banking department.
• Presents project results to appropriate audience as requested.
• Networks with other associates, leaders, and executives across the bank to develop strong relationships.
• Completes required trainings in a timely manner and seeks out additional learning and development opportunities.
• Participates in end of term performance reviews and provides detailed feedback on their experience, including suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

SCHEDULE

Typical office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00a-5:00p. This position a full-time and expected 40 hours/week. Hybrid workplace schedule with on-site expectation Monday, Wednesday and Friday, remote on Tuesday and Thursday. Office located in downtown Newark, Ohio at our Alford Building.
