Bellwether Staffing Solutions in Stamford, CT is seeking a Mortgage Operations Support Coordinator to join our in-office team with future hybrid flexibility. The position includes responsibilities for regulatory reporting, annual training coordination, and post-closing tasks to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant mortgage operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage processing and post-closing operations.
• Solid understanding of mortgage processes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting operations and processing tasks.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in mortgage lending.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with compliance oversight, including post-closing, opening/setup, QC reviews, and training.
• Assist regulatory exams, Mortgage Call Reports, and state regulatory reporting requirements.
• Coordinate and track annual regulatory training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with third-party QC vendors on file uploads and audit reviews.
• Assist post-closing operations: processing closing packages and clearing post-closing conditions.
• Provide backup for preparing and issuing initial loan disclosures to ensure timely delivery.
