You will assist with content for sales, email, and social media while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery of marketing projects across the team.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high-intensity sales team.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination or processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist Mortgage Lending Officers to develop marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage CRM system and related data for marketing activities.
• Coordinate collateral with marketing, compliance, and IT.
• Create content for sales, email, and digital marketing.
• Monitor social media posts for regulatory compliance.
• Develop metrics reports on marketing and sales activities.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to align initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding and administrative support as needed.
