Prosperity Bank is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Coordinator for the Houston or Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role supports the Mortgage Lending Officers with marketing plans, CRM management, and collateral updates, while collaborating with Corporate Marketing to drive lead generation.

The position involves creating sales content, monitoring social media for compliance, and evaluating new tools to optimize performance across print and digital channels.

Qualifications

• College degree in Marketing or similar degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Experience supporting a high-intensity sales team.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination or processing.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiar with Mortgage Returns or other CRMs, Excel, Publisher, InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Support and assist 50+ Mortgage Lending Officers to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Manage CRM system and coordinate branded collateral with departments.
• Create content for sales, email, and digital marketing.
• Monitor social media posts for regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing performance.
• Create and maintain marketing metrics reports.
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to align initiatives.
• Provide onboarding support for new hires.
