Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support originators and manage marketing, databases, and scheduling within our retail branch.

The role requires proactive outreach, CRM data upkeep in Salesforce, event coordination, and producing marketing materials while ensuring compliance. Strong communication, organization, and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred with at least 1 year of mortgage lending experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proactive customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials and copy for website and social media to generate leads and loan production with compliance approvals.
• Manage marketing calendar and originator schedules.
• Coordinate branch events, vendors, deliverables, and compliance approvals.
• Cold call targeted leads to set appointments with real estate agents, partners, past clients, and recruits.
• Build and maintain a database of potential contacts; conduct ~20 conversations daily and complete 10 contact info sheets daily.
• Schedule at least two follow-up meetings daily and maintain Salesforce call logs.
• Keep client and partner databases up to date in Salesforce and provide data metrics.
• Schedule client/partner meetings and confirm appointments; answer incoming calls with basic customer service.
• Attend company training to expand mortgage knowledge and assist in event management (RSVPs, food, setup, etc.).
• Perform other duties and administrative tasks as needed.
