Prosperity Bank is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Coordinator to support the Mortgage Lending team across marketing campaigns, CRM management, and collateral updates. You will collaborate with Corporate Marketing to ensure regulatory compliance and drive lead generation.

The role involves content creation for sales and digital channels, social media oversight, and coordination with IT and Compliance to align initiatives. Fort Worth, Houston, or DFW area flexibility is expected.

Qualificações

• College degree in Marketing or similar field.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Friendly, pleasant interactions via telephone with customers.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan origination or loan processing is a plus.
• Able to be creative and strategic.
• Independent with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Support 50+ Mortgage Lending Officers to develop and implement marketing plans using Velocify and other tools.
• Manage the CRM system and related data.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, IT to update branded collateral for mortgage needs.
• Create new content for sales, email, and digital marketing.
• Monitor social media posts for regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve marketing performance.
• Create and maintain marketing metrics reports.
