Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support originators with administrative tasks, marketing material creation, and lead generation. The role includes managing databases, calling on behalf of originators, and distributing marketing collateral to drive loan production.

The candidate will coordinate branch events, manage calendars, and maintain Salesforce records, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced mortgage environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, along with at least one year in Mortgage lending related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and highly organized.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing materials, and copy for website and social media to generate leads and loan production; collaborate with compliance for approvals.
• Manage marketing calendar and originator schedules as needed.
• Oversee branch events coordination with vendors, deliverables, and compliance approvals.
• Dialer duties include cold calling agents and partners to set appointments and build contacts.
• Maintain Salesforce databases and provide metrics related to reported data.
