Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• 4-6 years of relevant work experience, or 6-10 years in related roles.
• Experience supervising loss mitigation or mortgage operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities and performance of loss mitigation staff.
• Review underwriter decisions ensuring compliance with investor requirements.
• Resolve loan-level and process-level problems and improve workflows.
• Manage loan-level escalations with borrowers, staff, and investors.
• Collaborate with the SPOC supervisor and participate in planning and training.
