Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation is seeking a Loss Mitigation Supervisor to lead the Mortgage Servicing team in Irving, TX. This role oversees Inventory Specialists, Underwriters, and Closers, ensuring timely movement and decisioning of loss mitigation files in Government, Conventional, and Portfolio loans.

You will supervise daily workflows, enforce compliance, hire staff, and manage cost centers while aligning with investor requirements and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field with 4-6 years of related work experience, or 6-10 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to underwrite/decision loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and performance (productivity and quality) of the staff, including training, development, and coaching.
• Review, approve, and make underwriter decisions ensuring adherence to investor requirements and timelines.
• Research and resolve loan level and process level problems; collaborate with management to improve processes.
• Manage/resolve loan level escalations with staff, customer, and/or investors as required.
• Participate in planning, team meetings, ongoing education, and maintain knowledge and experience level required.
