Job summary

BOK Financial is seeking a Loss Mitigation Supervisor in Irving, TX to lead the mortgage servicing team, including Inventory Specialists, Underwriters, and Closers, ensuring adherence to investor, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.

You will manage daily workflows, guide staff performance, and collaborate with the SPOC supervisor to communicate with borrowers. The role requires underwriting/decisioning abilities and personnel management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4-6 years of experience.
• Experience in mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, or related roles preferred.
• Ability to underwrite/decide loans and manage a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and performance of the loss mitigation staff.
• Review and approve underwriter decisions ensuring investor requirements.
• Research and resolve loan processing problems and improve processes.
• Manage loan escalations with borrowers, customers, and investors.
• Plan and participate in team meetings and ongoing education.
