Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to handle delinquent mortgage portfolios and educate borrowers on loss mitigation options. You will analyze financials, discuss loan modification solutions, and coordinate with attorneys, realtors, and investors as needed.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork. On-site work in a fast-growing, globally minded organization with a focus on culture and employee growth.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to department progress by understanding success metrics and improving them.
• Meets monthly individual and team goals and KPIs.
• Handles mortgage portfolios delinquent 90+ days, using loss mitigation options.
• Receives inbound calls and makes outbound calls to educate on options.
• Discusses loan modifications and other loss mitigation options with borrowers.
• Analyzes financial situations to recommend appropriate loss mitigation tools.
• Conducts light skip-tracing and reviews title searches.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and daily reporting.
