Job summary

OneTrust International is seeking an organized professional to collaborate with borrowers in default, assess financial circumstances, and implement effective loss mitigation solutions, including repayment plans and loan modifications.

You will ensure activities comply with investor requirements and regulatory standards while documenting all interactions and reports for audits. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of mortgage servicing experience.
• 3–5 years in loss mitigation or default servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; negotiation.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex loss mitigation issues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate borrowers' financial circumstances to determine eligibility for loss mitigation options.
• Recommend and implement loss mitigation solutions, including loan modifications and repayment plans.
• Document all loss mitigation activities, decisions, and borrower interactions.
• Ensure compliance with investor requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Explain available loss mitigation options, requirements, and next steps to borrowers.
• Prepare timely, accurate loss mitigation reports.
• Collaborate with collections and foreclosure teams to coordinate resolutions.
• Maintain complete records to support audits.
