Position Summary

The ideal candidate will ensure all activities comply with applicable investor requirements and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities.

• Evaluate borrowers' financial circumstances to determine eligibility for available loss mitigation options.
• Recommend and implement appropriate loss mitigation solutions, including loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and repayment plans.
• Accurately document all loss mitigation activities, decisions, and borrower interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable investor requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Clearly explain available loss mitigation options, requirements, and next steps to borrowers.
• Prepare timely and accurate loss mitigation reports.
• Collaborate with collections and foreclosure teams to coordinate account resolution efforts.
• Maintain complete and accurate records to support internal and external audits.

Education and Experience

• Three to five years of experience in mortgage servicing.
• Three to five years of experience in loss mitigation or default servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex loss mitigation issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
