Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years job related experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Working knowledge of loan documentation and bank terminology.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Ability to interact tactfully with customers and coworkers.
• Knowledge of computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute the daily rate sheet
• Process all new locks and lock changes
• Handle all lock related calls and emails from clients
• Assist in allocating loans for sale to investors
• Process investor purchase advices
• Research price issues related to loan fundings and notify department manager of any issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned
