Job summary

Minnwest Bank is seeking a detail-oriented administrator to support retail lending and mortgage staff. Responsibilities include loan input, daily transactions, mortgage questions handling, and collections coordination.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of loan servicing experience and a high school diploma or GED, with strong organization and accuracy. The role requires in-person interaction, schedule Mon–Fri, and attention to compliance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Input Secondary Market Loan participation loans on Core system.
• Perform Secondary Market Loan daily transactions and reporting.
• Answer and respond to phone calls and emails regarding Mortgage questions and requests.
• Handle Mortgage Collection Process and Secondary Market Loan Collection Reporting, including sending demand letters and coordinating with legal counsel for past-due customers.
• Balance Secondary Market monthly.
• Review loan documents to ensure newly closed loans are updated in the core system.
• Monitor and maintain loan ticklers.
• Support escrow analysis and release of insurance and real estate taxes; review past-due escrow taxes and insurance.
• Support flood ticklers and forced place insurance processes.
• Assist with subordinations, satisfactions, and paid note processes.
• Assist with data gathering, reporting, and audit assignments as needed.
