Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to assist originators in building complete loan files for submission. The role involves lead management, appointment setting, and document coordination through to close.

You will support processing teams, pull credit, and maintain client communications while adhering to privacy and compliance policies. A proactive approach and strong accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No active MLO licensing required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, responsive and customer-service oriented.
• Proficient with data entry, Word, Excel and PDF tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting and lead management.
• Pull and prep applications and prep credit reports for licensed teammates.
• Maintain calendars and communicate status to customers and referral sources.
• Run credit and gather documentation for pre-approval and processing.
• Support loan submissions and monitoring through to closing.
