Job summary

Guild Mortgage Company is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support loan originators by building complete loan files for submission and handling Lead to Contract and Contract to Close duties. The role emphasizes administrative accuracy, proactive communication with applicants and referrals, calendar management, document gathering, and coordination across processing and underwriting teams.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required with 1 year mortgage lending experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication, and responsive customer service mindset.
Proficiency with data entry, PDF tools, Word and Excel.
Ethical, and committed to company values.

Responsibilities

Assist originator with appointments, lead tracking, and pre-qualification coordination.
Pull, prep, and update loan documents, including credit reports and AUS findings.
Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain calendars and communications with clients.
Process contracts, collect documents, and liaise with processing and underwriting.
Provide marketing and referral-source support; ensure timely status updates.
