Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a GBM - Operations - Mortgage Loan Trading Analyst in Dallas, TX. This role supports the Asset-Backed Financing business across mortgage, real estate, and consumer loan portfolios.

The analyst will assist in acquisition, monitoring, reporting and securitization of loans, collaborating with global teams and external partners to ensure accurate settlements, regulatory reporting, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business, Math, or Accounting with 2–4 years in financial industry or 4+ years experience
• Strong communication skills with internal and external relationships
• Proficient in advanced Excel
• Tableau or BI experience a plus
• Mortgage banking or financial industry experience preferred
• Able to work under tight time constraints and long hours
• Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage expectations
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Service a portfolio of syndicated and bilateral financing facilities.
• Collaborate with agent banks and transfer agents to resolve cash and position discrepancies.
• Settle complex loan trades and review complex legal documents for the syndicated warehouse loan portfolio.
• Communicate with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Loan Trading and Structured Finance across New York, London, Bengaluru and Asia on warehouse infrastructures.
• Meet KRIs and other performance and risk metrics; contribute to regulatory reporting.
