Qualifications

• Associates degree and 3+ years of directly related experience in Warehouse Lending.
• Strong understanding of warehouse lending processes and collateral management.

Responsibilities

• Fund warehouse lending transactions and support clients as they work to close loans.

• Partner with mortgage lenders, investors, document custodians, and internal partners to resolve issues.
• Deliver high-touch customer experience by responding to funding requests and questions.
• Identify potential issues, determine solutions, and escalate to minimize delays.
• Improve processes and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
