This role focuses on post-trade processes for MBS, whole loan sales, and hedging, ensuring accurate trade capture, pooling, settlement, and reconciliation with strong internal controls.

You will collaborate with Traders, Financial Engineering, Accounting, and custodians to deliver GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac securities, gaining exposure to securitization and capital

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry and regulatory obligations.
• SQL experience preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and pool eligible loans into GNMA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac securities.
• Own post-trade processing for MBS and mortgage-related derivatives and whole loans.
• Prepare, validate, and submit pool and delivery data to agencies and custodians.
• Maintain accurate loan and security position records and investigate data breaks and settlement issues.
• Ensure SOX controls and audit readiness; support process improvements across trade lifecycle.
• Coordinate with traders, accounting, agencies, and custodians to ensure timely execution.
