Qualifications

• Analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong data processing skills.
• Ability to work within a high-risk environment to meet challenging deadlines and targets.
• Ability to communicate clearly with end users, development managers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in banking or financial markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Credit Agreements and other deal documents to assist with the firm's obligations as the Administrative Agent.
• Manage and coordinate lender email queries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication between the borrower and syndicate of lenders.
• Facilitate the accurate and timely delivery of administrative notices to syndicate lenders.
• Collect lender account tax documentation to ensure regulatory and institutional compliance.
• Perform regular reconciliations and confirmations of syndicated bank loan positions across stakeholder groups.
• Resolve complex inquiries and customer service issues through full ownership and resolution, balancing risk with opportunity.
• Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.
