Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in mortgage, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, and RD loans is a plus (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support Loan Officers with new loan applications and file setup.
• Collect and review borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.).
• Communicate with borrowers to request missing information.
• Enter and update data in the LOS.
• Monitor loan files to ensure completeness before processing.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional service from application through closing.
