The position emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with a preference for candidates living within 30 miles of a branch and the ability to work statewide.

Formación

• 1+ year of mortgage, banking, or financial services experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Loan Officers with new loan applications and file setup.
• Collect and review borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.).
• Communicate with borrowers to request missing information.
• Enter and update data in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Monitor loan files to ensure completeness before processing.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional service from application through closing.
