Qualifications

• 1+ year of mortgage, banking, or financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Loan Officers with new loan applications and file setup.
• Collect and review borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.).
• Communicate with borrowers to request missing information.
• Enter and update data in the Loan Origination System (LOS).
• Monitor loan files to ensure completeness before processing.
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, title companies, and appraisers.
• Track deadlines and maintain accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional service from application through closing.
