Bravera Bank in Mandan, ND seeks a Mortgage Loan Servicer to handle customer care for mortgage clients via phone and email, manage escrow, and perform daily loan servicing tasks. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to banking regulations.

The position supports loan disbursements, tax payments, and annual escrow analyses, with responsibilities spanning document processing and reporting. Collaboration with supervisors and other teams will ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Two-year associate degree or a four-year degree in business or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years banking or related field experience.
• Team player with strong computer skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan support to mortgage banking customers and lender support.
• Escrow account maintenance and monitoring: distribution of tax payments and insurance premiums; No escrow account maintenance & tracking.
• Prepare Final Docs to ensure all requirements are met including satisfactions from other banks.
• Process paid off loans and monitor workflow reports.
• Learn and be proficient in software required for loan servicing and input into bank systems.
