Job summary

Bravera Bank in Mandan, ND is seeking a Home Equity / Consumer Loan Processor to prepare loan documentation, fund consumer and home equity loans, and provide centralized loan support. This role focuses on accuracy, confidentiality, and timely processing in a collaborative team environment.

You will support Consumer Underwriters, Lending Officers, and Retail Staff; create CIFs; input HMDA data; and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-3 years of banking or customer service experience
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Prepare consumer loan and home equity loan documentation
• Fund loans for all locations
• Provide loan support for underwriters and lending officers
• Create CIFs as needed
• Prepare second mortgage files for closing
• Input HMDA data into LAR
• Learn LoansPQ and participate in training
• Prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Promote teamwork and excellent customer service
• Represent the organization in community events
