American Pride Bank in Florida is seeking a Mortgage Loan Servicer to manage the administration and servicing of consumer mortgage and construction loan portfolios. You will serve as the primary contact for borrowers and coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and internal staff to ensure accurate servicing.

You will process payments, maintain records, handle escrow and draw administration, and ensure compliance with RESPA, TILA, and CFPB requirements while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of consumer mortgage servicing and residential construction lending practices.
• Familiarity with mortgage servicing regulations (RESPA, TILA, CFPB) and bank policies.
• Experience with residential construction loan servicing, draw administration, or mortgage servicing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process and post mortgage payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain loan records and servicing systems with borrower information, payment histories, and loan modifications.
• Process principal reductions, payoff requests, assumptions, subordinations, and loan modifications.
• Prepare and process mortgage payoffs and satisfactions.
• Monitor adjustable-rate mortgage changes and notify borrowers as required.
• Oversee escrow and insurance related requirements and notices.
• Respond to borrower inquiries and provide servicing information and documentation.
• Support servicing audits, examinations, and regulatory reporting.
