Job summary

Paramount Residential Mortgage Group Inc. (PRMG Inc.) is seeking an experienced loan officer to verify and assemble mortgage loan information for clients in California.

You will discuss home loan options and ensure applications meet establishment standards while coordinating with internal departments for a seamless funding process. The role requires current state licensing, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Requires active state licensure as a loan originator.
• Two to five years’ experience in mortgage lending preferred.
• Must meet one of: funding >2 loans/month; Xinnex Training for Loan Origination; Origination mentor assigned to a productive branch.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, compiles, and inputs application information for mortgage loans.
• Discusses and advises clients on home loan options.
• Reviews loan applications to ensure data completeness and compliance with standards.
• Identifies discrepancies in title or survey and informs supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
