Job summary

Pennymac in Moorpark, CA is seeking a Core Non-Default Specialist to process disbursements, escrow analysis, ARM adjustments, and more within a mortgage servicing context.

You will research consumer accounts, respond to inquiries, and drive results within established processes while maintaining compliance and supporting policy development. This role requires an Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong business mathematical skills.
• Mortgage industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process functions in accordance with SLA.
• Research and analyze consumer accounts to respond to inquiries.
• Resolve complex requests within defined processes.
• Assist with policy creation and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other related duties as required.
