Del Norte Bank is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to guide loans from application through closing while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional borrower experience. You will coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, real estate professionals, underwriters, and investors to keep files moving smoothly.

You’ll process Conventional, USDA, Construction, Second Mortgage, and portfolio loans; verify income, assets, credit, and other documentation; prepare

Responsabilités

• Process a variety of loan products, including Conventional, USDA, Construction, Second Mortgage, and portfolio loans.
• Collect, review, and verify borrowers’ income, assets, credit, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure loan files meet investor, regulatory, and bank guidelines.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, real estate professionals, insurance agents, underwriters, and investors.
• Prepare closing documents and assist with coordinating timely loan closings.
• Board loans onto the core system, disburse loan funds, and pay loan-related invoices.
• Track appraisals and insurance while maintaining accurate loan records.
• Process loan payments and support quality control reviews, audits, and investor reporting.
