Job summary

You will interact with members, gather information, and coordinate with vendors to minimize risk to the credit union. Requirements include at least one year in real estate lending, an associate’s degree or related coursework, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and LOS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year direct experience with real estate loans.
• Associate’s degree or completion of real estate-related coursework is desired.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn LOS/third-party software.

Responsibilities

• Review mortgage loan documents for accuracy, lien position, and vesting.
• Verify loan application in LOS for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to submit orders and resolve issues.
• Satisfy all outstanding loan conditions and ensure readiness for closing.
• Provide superior member service across channels and actively listen to member needs.
• Identify and propose solutions and refer members to the appropriate dept.
