Northrim Bank/Residential Mortgage, LLC is hiring a Mortgage Loan Processor to turn loan applications into closings. You will work with Loan Originators, Underwriters, and borrowers to ensure files are complete, compliant, and ready for funding.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple files, and strong knowledge of real estate documentation and loan policies. A professional office environment with standard software tools is provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Mortgage industry experience is a plus (but we're open to strong candidates!)
• Military education or experience may substitute for education or work experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with clear, confident communication skills.
• Solid understanding of real estate documentation, compliance, and loan policies.
• Ability to manage multiple files, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming loan documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Verify borrower information, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate directly with borrowers and Loan Originators.
• Order credit reports, appraisals, flood certifications, title work, insurance, and other required documentation.
• Communicate with customers regarding loan status, next steps, and timelines.
• Perform thorough document audits prior to funding.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and company policies.
