Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Loan Processor to review, verify, and process loan applications from application through closing. This role ensures documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company, investor, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with borrowers, loan originators, underwriters, appraisers, title companies, and closing personnel.

You will manage an assigned loan pipeline, track conditions, and prepare pipeline reports.
