Job summary

CBC Mortgage Agency in South Jordan, UT seeks an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage a high-volume pipeline from submission to closing at our national headquarters. You will coordinate with loan officers, underwriters and borrowers to clear conditions and deliver a timely close.

The role requires 5+ years in processing FHA/VA/Conventional/Jumbo loans, strong DU/LPA, LendingPad LOS, and familiarity with Encompass or similar systems. Hybrid work options available after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on mortgage loan processing experience.
• Expert knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loan guidelines.
• Proficiency with LendingPad LOS preferred; Encompass or similar LOS required.
• Strong DU/LPA knowledge and ability to interpret decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and tight deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume pipeline from submission to closing.
• Review income, assets, and credit documentation for accuracy.
• Liaise between loan officers, underwriters, and borrowers to clear conditions and obtain a Clear to Close.
• Order and verify third-party reports (appraisals, title, flood, VOEs).
• Ensure compliance with TRID and federal/state regulations.
• Provide regular status updates to borrowers and real estate partners.
