Job summary

Triad Financial Services Inc is seeking a Loan Processor to handle mortgage loan files from application to closing. After completing training, you will collect borrower docs, verify data, communicate with customers, and work with Loan Officers and Underwriters to ensure timely processing.

You will manage document collections, stay organized, and maintain strong customer service while meeting closing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in finance or banking preferred.
• 2–3 years of professional office experience, ideally in mortgage administration or similar.
• Knowledge of loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, ARM/FRM) is essential.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of learning proprietary mortgage software.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review borrower documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Process loan files in compliance with policies, guidelines, and investor requirements.
• Communicate with customers to request documents, provide status updates, and answer inquiries.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers and Underwriters to resolve issues and clear files for approval.
• Maintain organized loan files and verify data in origination systems.
• Coordinate with appraisers and title companies to facilitate loan transactions.
• Meet established timelines and service level agreements for closings.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
