Dominion Financial Services is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join a rapidly expanding team. You will own loans from setup through closing, coordinating with borrowers, legal, and title to ensure accurate, on-time settlements and a premier borrower experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience.
• Experience reviewing title documents.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong thinking and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Real estate knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process loans from set-up through closing in an organized and timely manner.
• Assist with post-closing issues.
• Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title.
• Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Review title, legal, and settlement documents.
• Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Communicate with transaction stakeholders.
• Maintain an individual pipeline of loans.
