Job summary

Responsibilities

• Orders third-party services for each loan product.
• Manages pipeline to meet closing dates.
• Answers applicant inquiries via calls and email; serves as point of contact during loan process.
• Requests updated or additional documentation as needed.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
