• Able to report to work as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily mortgage pipeline with timely processing of loan packages and commitments.
• Maintain understanding of Webster First Federal Credit Union mortgage products and services.
• Prepare and send compliance documents to members, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide proactive communication with members throughout the loan process.
• Document all member, loan officer, and underwriter correspondence in the loan file.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of loan data and keep systems current.
• Update loan statuses in required reports for transparency.
• Escalate member concerns or file issues to the team leader for resolution.
• Promote BSA/OFAC compliance and assist BSA department as needed.
• Support information security and privacy policies and annual trainings.
