Zentech Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates for a full-time senior loan processor position. The successful candidate will perform duties such as processing Conventional, USDA, FHA, and VA loans, ensuring loan approvals within 30 days of application.

The ideal candidate must possess 18 months of experience in relevant roles, strong computer skills, and exceptional attention to detail. This salary position offers a competitive range of $40K-$60K.

Qualifications

• 18 months' experience as Loan Processor I or II.
• Experience with FHA/VA/Conventional loan closing.
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Process loan applications from initial set-up through funding.
• Obtain loan approvals within 30 days of application date.

Skills

Conventional, FHA, and VA experience (both purchases and refi's)

Exceptional attention to detail

Strong typing skills

Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Organizational skills
