• Medium-level computer and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Accepts assigned Mortgage Loan and HELOC applications in Encompass and related files.
• Orders and reviews appraisal, flood certification, title search, title insurance, and verifications.
• Verifies income documentation per underwriting guidelines.
• Coordinates with investors/underwriters to achieve clear to close.
• Prepares final document package and funding for portfolio loans and HELOCs.
