Job summary

Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Mortgage Clerk to provide routine administrative support in the mortgage loan process.

The role involves reviewing loan applications, coordinating with borrowers, officers, and underwriters, and ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance. Responsibilities include preparing disclosures and closing documents, entering borrower data into loan systems, maintaining organized files, and communicating loan status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and/or two years’ relevant experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with lending guidelines.
• Verifies borrower information including employment history, income, credit reports, and property details.
• Coordinates with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process.
• Assists in the preparation of loan documents, including disclosures and closing documents.
• Inputs borrower information into loan processing systems accurately and efficiently.
• Maintains accurate and organized loan files and documents of all communications and actions.
