Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate secondary market programs and operating systems.
• Good secretarial/computer skills along with strong communication.
• Sitting at a desk with a computer; mobility to access files and records from various loan areas.
• Flexibility with schedules to participate with Real Estate and Loan Divisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare or review mortgage loan documentation to originate and close loans.
• Prepare appraisal requests, title orders, verifications, credit reports, and flood certifications.
• Assemble processing and closing files and ensure compliance with loan policy and regulations.
• Enter new loans into the database and monitor escrow accounts and payments.
• Assist in closing statements and servicing duties as directed by Loan Officers.
• Support Real Estate Officers with customers signing of loan documents.
