You will review appraisals, handle processing/servicing duties, and ensure strict adherence to bank policies while prioritizing customer needs and delivering impeccable service.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior banking experience in lending operations.
• Ability to listen and communicate to identify customer needs.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-closing review of residential loan files (underwriting and closing).
• Review and determine approval/denial for residential loan exceptions with Management as needed.
• Review appraisals for residential loans.
• Perform full range of duties pertaining to the loan processing/servicing function.
• Strictly adhere to bank policies and procedures.
• Prioritize customers' needs and provide impeccable customer service.
• Communicate professionally with all customers and coworkers.
