Qualifications

• 2 Years of Mortgage Loan/TRID experience preferred.
• Experience with LaserPro and Calyx is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize workday effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite files with total exposure of lending activities.
• Coordinate verifications and information to submit complete files to underwriting.
• Review income, assets and credit reports to ensure policy compliance.
• Order appraisals, title work, and related documents and review for accuracy.
• Prepare and issue Adverse Action notices and disclosures as required.
• Maintain loan closing logs and process loan proceeds for closings.
