The role requires TRID experience, familiarity with LaserPro and Calyx, and strong multitasking abilities to manage documentation and timelines.

You will coordinate verifications, collect insurance and tax data, review income and credit, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations while supporting loan officers and ensuring

Qualifications

• 2 years of Mortgage Loan/TRID experience preferred.
• Experience with LaserPro and Calyx is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize workday effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Professional communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite files with total exposure of loans.
• Order verifications and information to submit files to underwriting.
• Collect insurance and tax information for approvals.
• Review income, assets, and credit to meet policy requirements.
• Prepare and review closing documents and requirements.
• Schedule loan closings and verify closing conditions.
• Maintain a loan closing log and track funding and rescissions.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide support to other departments and promote banking services.
