The role requires TRID experience, familiarity with Calyx and LaserPro, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple closings and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Mortgage Loan/TRID experience preferred.
• Experience in Laser Pro and Calyx is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite files with total exposure.
• Order verifications and information for underwriting submissions.
• Collect insurance and tax information and send for approval.
• Review income, assets, and credit to ensure policy compliance.
• Review appraisals and title work for policy requirements.
• Maintain and track loan closing pipeline with loan officers.
• Ensure adherence to BSA/AML and bank policies.
• Prepare and issue Closing Disclosure to borrowers.
• Coordinate with settlement agents and title company.
