Job summary

AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a detail-oriented professional for HLD loan processing and general customer support. You will handle mortgage loan applications, data entry, and document preparation while ensuring compliance with regulations.

You will coordinate with loan originators, attorneys, and investors, review files for completeness, and input final data into the HLD system. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of loan-related administrative work or related customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated and willing to learn and apply new procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process mortgage loan applications including data entry, gathering customer information, credit verifications and document prep in compliance with rules.
• Review files for completeness; order credit reports, title, flood, and appraisals.
• Communicate with attorneys, insurance companies, and investors to obtain closeings.
• Submit loan files for underwriting approval and ensure closing documents comply with regulations and policies.
• Input all HLD loans after closing into the HLD database; mail approval/denial letters.
