AgSouth Farm Credit is seeking a Loan Processing Coordinator for a remote role to support pre-closing activities and ensure compliant loan documentation.

You will work with branch staff to prepare documents, communicate with attorneys and appraisers, and provide administrative support while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and willingness to learn.
• 0–3 years related work experience.
• General office routine knowledge and use of office equipment.
• Effective communication with team and branch contacts.
• Self-motivated with willingness to learn new procedures and concepts.
• Completes routine tasks accurately and timely.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and verify loan documents, commitment letters, disclosures, closing papers, and loan treatments; liaise with attorneys, appraisers, and insurers to support the closing process.
• Provide prompt, courteous service; handle daily accounting activities (receipts, disbursements) and maintain loan information.
• Assist with general administrative duties and ensure internal controls align with loan operations and accounting principles.
