AgSouth Farm Credit, ACA is seeking a Loan Post Closing Coordinator in Georgia to process post loan closing activities, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role involves reviewing loans for discrepancies, obtaining missing documents, and supporting branch operations.

The position requires a High School diploma and 1–3 years of related experience, with strong computer skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years related work experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of general office routine and office equipment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Self-motivated with the willingness to learn and apply new procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Post-Close Loan Processing Support: review and verify loans for errors and discrepancies in the origination system.
• Follow up with all parties to ensure all documents needed for loan files are received, scanned, and stored.
• Provide general administrative support and maintain internal controls in line with policies.
